The apartment is a maisonette with sunny terrace in the backyard, newly renovated, and has a unique feeling - close to gay area. The apartment is very quite and bright and located in Prenzlauer Berg, it's on the 4° floor, in a nice building, near the Schönhauser Allee, Mauerpark and close to Mitte. In total, the apartment is 100sqm, and is composed in 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen, a separate toilet (for own use) and a bathroom.

The area is one of the most trendy in Berlin. You're close to many good restaurants, nice parks and boutiques, Museum's Ile and Berlin's center are very far. Not at least it’s just 100m away from one of the main subway station Schönhauser Allee, where the Ringbahn, the U2 and the tram M1 stop. The house is located next to Supermarkets and bakers that can be found in the immediate vicinity close to the appartment.

While beeing as guest in our flat, we want that you feel just like if you were at home! You can use everything as if it would be yours. Same for the kitchen.
